A Georgian Grade II listed building in the conservation area of Peckham, South East London. The ethos of this highly personal design borrows notes from Milanese villas by Piero Portaluppi, fused with material connections to nature. A muted colour and material palette anchors the concept.

This unfolds from an earthy-pink basement kitchen that works with moody natural light levels. The design concept for the custom-made oak and sapele cabinetry emerged from studying peeling bark on maple trees, which is most literally translated into the unit handles. Stainless adds functional modernity. The custom made furniture we designed sits alongside antiques and design classics such as Halabala chairs, Luigi Colani seating, a Cappellini sideboard, plus lighting by Ingo Maurer, Gae Aulenti, Hans Verstufyt and Vincent Van Duysen.
